These datasets are from the World Health Organization global malaria database, and contain select indicators on malaria cases, deaths, and treatments for 10 countries in the Western Pacific Region; Cambodia, China, Lao People’s Democratic Republic, Malaysia, Papua New Guinea, Philippines, Republic of Korea, Solomon Islands, Vanuatu and Viet Nam.

These are part of the data collated yearly from 87 countries and territories worldwide with recent or ongoing malaria transmission to produce an annual World Malaria Report, which has global, regional and country level aggregate indicators on burden of malaria, investments in malaria programmes and research, and progress across intervention areas. Links to the 2020 full report and annex tables (which includes some of the above data) are available.
